Michael Beck, The Insurance & Advisor Coach, is an executive coach, trainer and professional speaker, and is president and founder of Exceptional Leadership, Inc.

He works with insurance professionals and financial advisors to improve their recruiting, production, productivity, communication, and leadership competencies.  His clients achieve their business and personal goals faster and easier.

Mr. Beck's credentials include an MBA from the Wharton School of Business along with degrees in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.  Michael has held a variety of executive positions including CEO, COO, CFO, EVP, VP of Finance, and VP of Business Development.  In addition, he worked several years overseas as a Business Advisor to a member of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia.  He is a Founding Member of the International Association of Coaches and a Past-President of the Denver Coach Federation.

• Earned a Black Belt in Shorinji Kempo

• Climbed the most dangerous peak (Long's Peak) and the highest peak (Mt. Elbert) in Colorado

• Played accordion through high school and tuba through college (No, I no longer own either and don't give concerts!)

• Have two wonderful daughters

• Enjoy hiking, camping, and travel (I've been to Mexico, Canada, Saudi Arabia, England, Bahrain, Jordan, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Cyprus)

• Prefer the forest over the ocean

• Have a passion for cooking

• Love playing darts (steel tip)

• Own (and use) two Tibetan singing bowls
